Shipping information
CQB Arcade ships to both Australia and New Zealand by default (including international areas such as USA and UK as well as other regions upon request). All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. During busy periods, (ie. new parts arrivals and/or new game releases) shipping can be delayed by a further 2-3 days. In addition, providing of tracking numbers may also be delayed in these instances. Relevant shipping pricing will be shown at checkout based on order amount.

Shipping method
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post services and will be shipped with a tracking number provided to the customer.
For packages that may be lost in transit, we will refund or replace the order as soon as Australia Post has carried out an investigation and has concluded the package was lost.
Returns/exchanges and Refunds
First and foremost, for any issues with your order, contact us and we will assist you! Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your purchase and products supplied.
To begin a return/exchange or refund, please utilise the contact page and explain the issue.
To be eligible for a return/exchange you must send the item/s back in the same condition you received it. This means - there cannot be obvious markings, heavy wear and tear, mounting holes or damage to the components. Additionally, they must be in a working condition. Postage expenses for the customer could be incurred, on a case-by-case basis (ie. If there is a change of mind or wrong item purchased, the customer will have to cover shipping the unwanted part/s back to us).
Concerning refunds, we will notify you via email if the refund was approved. The customers original payment method will be utilised for the refund.
